Since 2018, at 6.30 am on the first Monday of each month, a flag-salute ceremony has been held by Biendong POC.
Hai Thach - Moc Tinh, 320km southeast of Vung Tau province, is a cluster of oil and gas fields in the deepest and farthest offshore areas of the Vietnam Oil and Gas Group (PVN).
Biendong POC is currently the second largest gas supplier in Vietnam and one of PVN's main oil and gas exploration and production units.
