(VOVworld) – The central provice of Binh Dinh held a ceremony in Quy Nhon city on Tuesday to celebrate the 40th anniversary of its liberation and to receive the Ho Chi Minh Order.

Chairman of the Binh Dinh provincial People’s Committee Ho Quoc Dung praised the staunch spirit of Binh Dinh residents in liberating the province, a step toward the liberation of southern Vietnam and national reunification. Binh Dinh has overcome the effects of war to accomplish major achivements in socio-economic development. Its annual economic growth has averaged 9% in the last 10 years.
