Binh Duong province’s COVID-19 hotline asked for quicker response

(VOVWORLD) - At an online meeting Wednesday with local authorities to discuss COVID-19 response, Deputy Prime Minister Vu Duc Dam called for more operators on the COVID-19 hotline in Binh Duong province where infections are rising.

Mr. Dam, who is also head of the National Steering Committee for COVID-19 Prevention and Control, said, “As we have learned from Ho Chi Minh city, the hotline must be available every time people call in to immediately respond to their concerns and problems.”

Mr. Dam also asked Binh Duong province to come up with a plan to prevent the virus from spreading outside lockdown areas.
