Boy group BLANK2Y announced Honorary Ambassador of Korea Tourism in Vietnam
(VOVWORLD) -Korea Tourism Organization in Vietnam (KTO) on Saturday appointed BLANK2Y, a boy group made up of seven South Korean members, one Chinese member, and one Japanese member, as the Honorary Ambassador of Korean Tourism in Vietnam.
KTO said it hopes to promote Korean tourism through the image of the new ambassador, especially to Korean music fans in Vietnam.
BLANK2Y made their debut on May 24 this year and consists of 9 members aged 18 to 24, who are active in Korea and around the world.
BLANK2Y will be Honorary Ambassador of Korea Tourism in Vietnam for a one-year term. The group will be involved in KTO’s activities to promote Korean tourism through K-pop, the highlight of which is the "Korean Days in Hanoi", the biggest Korean tourism promotion event to open in Hanoi in November.
