All four are members of the Brazilian Democratic Movement Party (PMDB) of Brazilian interim president Michel Temer. They are accused of trying to block the corruption investigation of state-run oil company Petrobras. Brazil’s media posted videos accusing them of interfering in the Petrobras investigation, paying bribers with an estimated 4 billion USD. Brazil’s Supreme Court will be in charge of the case.
