(VOVworld) – A conference to discuss the work of the broadcasting industry in 2014 was held on Friday. Minister of Information and Communications Nguyen Bac Son praised the media in informing Vietnam’s socio-economic development and party and state policies. He said that the media is a dialogue channel between the people and the party and state: “There should be more programs to encourage good people and good work in society. Communications should be stepped up to fight false claims by hostile forces on the Internet.”
