(VOVworld)- Minister of Health Nguyen Thi Kim Tien and Minister of Planning and Investment Bui Quang Vinh held online talks with the public via the government portal on Thursday. Minister Tien explained health service changes, policies to support social beneficiaries and the poor’s access to health care services.
