Road, air, and waterway connectivity between the two countries should be enhanced soon to boost trade and tourism exchanges, the Cambodian Prime Minister said. He added that Vietnam and Cambodia should consider launching a direct air route between Ha Long and Siem Reap; promoting bilateral tourism linkages and among Cambodia, Laos, and Vietnam; and opening more border gates.

Ambassador Vu commended Cambodia’s development in all fields and expressed his hope that the Cambodian government will continue its support for the Vietnamese community to stabilize their lives, integrate well, and make practical contributions to Cambodia’s development and the two countries’ relations.
