(VOVworld) – The Ministry of Information and Communications on Friday inaugurated the Ban Gioc waterfall’s Foreign Information Cluster in the northern province of Cao Bang.

The Cluster is part of a project entitled “Enhancing information and communications to mountainous, remote, and border areas and islands in 2012”, co-organized by the Ministry of Information and Communications, the High Command of Border Soldiers, and Cao Bang province. The project increases communications to neighboring countries regarding the Vietnamese Party guidelines, State policies and law, and Vietnamese culture, lifestyle, its land, and people. Cao Bang province will instruct the relevant agencies to coordinate with border soldiers to promote the efficiency of the Foreign Information Cluster in national defense and promoting Vietnam’s attractions to the world.
