Monitoring service Space-Track, which uses US military data, also confirmed the re-entry.

The Long March 5B missile was launched on April 29 to put the core module of a space station into orbit. On May 5, media reported that the core of the rocket is freefalling into the Earth’s orbit. Chinese media said that the fragment of the missile is likely to fall into international waters.
