Chinese President visits RoK
(VOVworld) – Chinese President Xi Jinping arrived in Seoul on Thursday for a 2-day fence-mending trip to the Republic of Korea. Xi Jinping and his South Korean counterpart Park Geun-hye are expected to discuss the Democratic People Republic of Korea’s nuclear program and sign several cooperative agreements on economics, trade, finance, and the environment.

This is Xi Jinping’s first visit to the Republic of Korea since he assumed office last year. China is currently the Republic of Korea’ largest trading partner, with trade topping 230 billion USD in 2013.
