(VOVworld) - The central city of Da Nang will host the third Cocobay Da Nang Barefoot Run at Naman Retreat beach resort on Truong Sa Street on August 26.

The event's organiser, IndoSun, said the event is free for all, with a race on a pristine beach along with entertainment activities.
The winner will walk away with 3 million VND (133 USD), while the runner-up will take 2 million VND and third place wins 1 million VND. The race will also promote cleaning the beach as well as sports training. The 2km race will start at 3pm, with the award ceremony held the same day.
