Visitors on the tour will be split into groups of 10. Turtle watching tours are currently held at Bay Canh islet, Duong beach, Cau islet, Tai islet, Tre Lon islet, and Dat Tham beach. Turtle nesting observation takes place from 6pm to 6am the following day.
Visitors can also observe baby sea turtles being released back to the ocean from 5:30am to 7:30am. For this activity, up to 100 people can sign up, divided into two groups to ensure the best experience for each visitor.
The new regulation will help improve professionalism in hosting ecotourism activities and protect the endangered sea turtles.
