Conference seeks to promote Japanese investment flows in Vietnam
(VOVWORLD) - More than 1,000 Japanese enterprises attended an online conference on Thursday to promote Japanese investment in Vietnam.

Co-organized by the Ministry of Planning and Investment, the Japanese Embassy in Vietnam, and the Japan External Trade Organization, the conference revealed a great interest by Japanese businesses in Vietnam and provided the latest information on Vietnam’s business and investment environment.
Vu Dai Thang, Deputy Minister of Planning and Investment, said: “The Vietnamese National Assembly recently approved the European Union -Vietnam Free Trade Agreement (EVFTA) and the EU-Vietnam Investment Protection Agreement (EVIPA), which will connect made-in-Vietnam products to world markets. I believe a more favorable investment environment will attract more Japanese enterprises and investment”.
