(VOVWORLD) - Vietnam on Sunday evening recorded no new cases of COVID-19, meaning no new community infections reported in the country in the past 4 days.

The total number of patients has remained 1,049. Of them 691 cases were domestic infections and 358 cases were imported.
Since a new outbreak occurred in July 25, 551 community infections have been reported.
Vietnam has cured 816 patients. 35 others have died.
