COVID-19 pandemic: prevention suits each locality

(VOVWORLD) - Hanoi’s Municipal People’s Committee agreed on a proposal from the Department of Education and Training to allow pupils and students in the city to return to schools after a period of online study to prevent the COVID-19 pandemic.

About 2 million students in Hanoi will resume their study at schools on March 2. Hung Yen province will also allow schools to reopen on March 1.

All schools are asked to tighten epidemic preventive measures when receiving students back.

Ba Ria-Vung Tau province has restarted all social-economic activities in new normal state while guaranteeing epidemic preventive measures. COVID-19 checkpoints at the gateways to the city will be removed from Sunday. Administrative agencies and schools will open again on Monday.

Dong Trieu town in Quang Ninh province on Friday lifted lockdowns of seven villages.
