Four exhibitions highlighting the Communist Party of Vietnam are taking place in Hanoi. Photos, documents, and artifacts are on display at the Hanoi Information & Exhibition Center at 93 Dinh Tien Hoan street, featuring President Ho Chi Minh as the founder, leader, and builder of the Party. The Vietnam National Museum of History is hosting an exhibition of Party congresses throughout history. Visitors can examine Party reports, documents, resolutions, speeches by general secretaries, insignia worn by participants to Party congresses, propaganda banners, and gifts presented by foreign friends to Party congresses.

Nguyen Thi Thu Hoan, Deputy Director of the Vietnam National Museum of History, said, “This exhibition reviews the 1st to the 12th Party congress. Some items are on display for the first time, such as a President Ho Chi Minh autograph and the book “Duong Kach Menh” (Revolutionary Path) written by President Ho Chi Minh.”

At the Vietnam Art and Cultural Exhibition Center at 2 Hoa Lu street in Hanoi, hundreds of items document previous Party congresses, Vietnam’s achievements in the “Doi Moi” (Renewal) period and international integration, and young people’s contributions to Vietnam’s development. There are also books about the Party on display.

The National Library of Vietnam at 31 Trang Thi street has 1,000 documents about the Party, the Renewal period, and development accomplishments.

A film screening will begin in February to salute the 13th National Party Congress and celebrate the 91st anniversary of the Communist Party of Vietnam and the Lunar New Year. Films will feature the life of young soldiers during the war, the sacrifice of the Tay Tien troops, and Vietnamese calligraphy.
