The 2-day event is one of the activities intended to preserve and promote traditional cultural values of local ethnic groups and celebrate the Vietnamese Ethnic Groups’ Culture Day 2022, the 47th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification Day, as well as the 90th founding anniversary of Gia Lai province.

Ngo Duc Mao of Phu Can town in Krong Pa district said, “Through the cultural event, artisans of various ethnic groups can exchange and learn from each other, improve solidarity, and introduce their hamlets and cultures. This means all ethnic people in Gia Lai province and the Central Highlands region  share a common wish that is to unite the Vietnamese community.”
