(VOVworld) – The Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation summit and related meetings will be held in November, 2017, in Vietnam’s central city of Da Nang.

Leaders from 21 APEC economies and thousands of officials and businesses will participate in the event. Other sidelines activities include a Summit of Businesses, a Dialogue of High-ranking leaders and leaders of the APEC Business Advisory Council, and a conference of Foreign and Economic Ministers.
Chairman of the Da Nang People’s Committee Huynh Duc Tho said the city has been preparing to host APEC since 2014 with plans for ensuring security, healthcare, reception, and logistics services.
