(VOVworld) – Defense Minister General Phung Quang Thanh paid a visit Sunday to the Vietnamese Embassy in India where he expressed his hope that the embassy staff will do their best to strengthen comprehensive co-operation between the two countries, particularly in economics and defense.

Deputy Chief of Mission Tran Quang Tuyen gave Rear Admiral Nguyen Van Ninh, Deputy Commander of the Navy, 1,500 USD donated by the embassy staff and the Vietnamese community in India for national maritime defense.
