Deputy PM Nguyen Xuan Phuc attends 70th anniversary of Ministry of Home Affairs
(VOVworld)- On Monday, the Ministry of Home Affairs celebrated its 70th anniversary and organized its 3rd Patriotic Emulation Congress.
Attending the meeting, Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc presented the Ministry with the Ho Chi Minh Order. Phuc urged the Ministry to focus on mechanism building to improve state management and strengthen administrative reform. Phuc said:“It’s necessary to reform the workforce management and strengthen IT application in state employee recruitment to improve the quality of state human resources. The Ministry needs to develop solutions to address shortcomings in wages, allowances, and bonus mechanisms”.
