(VOVworld) - Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc asked Son La province to do more in combating drug trafficking at his working session with the province’s authorities on April 4.

While praising the province’s efforts in socio-economic development and ensuring national defense and social security, he asked the authority to enhance administrative reform, improve competitive index, offer the best possible conditions for investors, and mobilize all social resources for development.
He called on ministries and sectors to supplement capital for Son La’s transport, poverty reduction, and hydropower projects and drug trafficking activities.
