Deputy PM Binh, who is also Chairman of the National Civil Aviation Security Committee, asked the Ministry of Transport and relevant ministries and sectors to assess risks related to aviation security in line with the International Civil Aviation Association guidelines, increase communications, widely disseminate laws, and cultivate an aviation transport safety culture among people from all walks of life.
