for the national target program on building new rural areas, visited effective production and husbandry models in An Vi commune, Khoai Chau district, Hung Yen province.

He acknowledged the practical results of rural renovation in improving production and income for local people. Mr. Ninh said: "The communal authority should continue to help the people understand that this is a common cause of the people and for the people.
