(VOVworld) – Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Thien Nhan on Wednesday praised socio-economic development measures taken by the south-central province of Phu Yen in 2012 and the first 4 months of 2013. In a tough economy, the province still saw a 10% growth rate.

During a working session with Phu Yen provincial leaders, Nhan directed them to complete procedures for high-tech agricultural zones, including investment, construction, and management, by the second quarter of this year.
