Dutch shooting: Utrecht police arrest suspect
(VOVWORLD) - Gokmen Tanis, a 37-year-old man born in Turkey, was arrested after a shooting that left three people dead and nine wounded on a tram in the Dutch city of Utrecht.
According to Tanis’ neighbors, he is not mentally stable. After the attack, Dutch prime minister Mark Rutte said the Netherlands will ‘not yield to the intolerance’ that leads to such acts of terror.
