Early voting held in mountainous, border areas

Because of the COVID-19 pandemic, the voting strictly followed disease prevention regulations. Face masks and hand sanitizers were provided and distancing was assured at the polling stations.

Mr. Nguyen Huu Hong, Vice Chairman of Bo Trach district, said, “Early voting was held because Tan Trach and Thuong Trach are border communes. Rough terrain makes it difficult for local voters, mostly ethnic people, to get to the polls”.
