Eastern Economic Forum opens in Russia

(VOVWORLD) - The 5th Eastern Economic Forum opened in Vladivostok, Russia, on Wednesday.

Themed “The Far East – Development Horizons”, the event drew 800 delegates from 50 nations. The Vietnamese delegation is led by Deputy Prime Minister Trinh Dinh Dung. 

The forum agenda consists of 4 topics: solutions to boost economic growth, helping businesses, cooperation between the Far East and Asia-Pacific, and new ways to improve living standards. 
The Forum comprises 50 business events, including panel discussions, roundtables, and business dialogues, with the highlight being a general meeting on Thursday attended by Russian President Vladimir Putin and other world leaders.
