Bui Quang Huy, Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, a co-organizer of the program, said: “The program encourages young people to contribute to the education sector. Through the program, many initiatives, teaching tools, and scientific research have been introduced to promote a high-quality, comprehensive education sector”.

Each prize winning initiative is awarded 4,500 USD.
