(VOVworld) – To Lam, member of the National Electoral Council, led a delegation to inspect election preparations in Dak Lak province on Tuesday. He said the province should publicize lists of candidates in each constituency and help the candidates with their campaigns. He added that the province should ensure security and social order before, during, and after the elections.

The National Assembly’s Ethnic Council held a training course on electioneering skills for 90 ethnic candidates from 19 southern provinces the same day.
