Mr. Phuc asked Ministries and sectors to work with enterprises in promoting administrative reform, improving competitiveness, completing legal documents in various fields, and implementing a mechanism of business consulting and dialogue. The Prime Minister also stressed the need to support enterprises in business start-up and renovation; create a favorable business environment; assure equal business opportunities; and support human resource training. Prime Minister Phuc said the government is consistent to restructure the economy and renovate the growth model to further develop Vietnam in the global value chain. Businesses should play a central role in this effort: “The more enterprises take part in the global value chain, the more one country benefits from international economic integration. In order to join the global value chain, enterprises must be dynamic, creative, meet regional and international standards, and integrate into the world. Enterprises need to be supported to further develop”.
