(VOVworld)- On Thursday in Hanoi, Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc and National Assembly Chairwoman Nguyen Thi Kim Ngan met deputies, who are from Vietnam’s ethnic minority groups.

Madam Ngan said the Party and State have adopted policies to enable ethnic  people to uphold their strength, stay united to overcome challenges and contribute to national development. Special attention has been paid to training ethnic personnel. Among Vietnam’s NA deputies, 86 are from 32 ethnic minority groups. Madam Ngan called on them to fulfill their responsibility as representatives of the people.
