European Commission Vice President Frans Timmermans said that no member country can fight terrorism, cyber crime, and organized crime by itself, so what EC should do now is to have an action plan, preparing budget to deal with those crimes. He added that for this, the EC has planned to establish a center fighting terrorism which needs to be under the umbrella of the European Police Office Europol. The suggestion still needs to be approved by member countries and the European Union.
