Iran has been changing its commitments and overstepping boundaries of the nuclear program since last May, according to a joint statement from the foreign ministers of France, Germany, and the UK. The countries insisted that they are still complying with the agreement’s commitments and will work to protect the agreement. France, Germany, and the UK hope to bring Iran back into full compliance with the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action. They said they will not join US President Donald Trump’s campaign to apply ‘maximum pressure’ to Iran. 
The same day, Iran warned the 3 powers of the consequences of their decision to trigger the dispute resolution mechanism, rejecting their decision and calling it negative. Iran’s Foreign Ministry spokesman Abbas Mousavi said Iran is ready to answer any goodwill and any constructive effort to preserve the deal.
