Documents, publications, artifacts, and 100 maps were provided by Vietnamese and foreign scholars. Some of these items were published in Western countries in the 18th and 19th century, testifying to Vietnam’s sovereignty over the two archipelagos.
4 atlases and 30 maps on display were officially published by Chinese dynasties, confirming that China had no control of Hoang Sa and Truong Sa.
The exhibits prove that Vietnamese governments from feudalism to socialism have claimed the two archipelagos and established, exercised, and defended their sovereignty over these areas.

The exhibition will run until next Monday.
