(VOVworld) – The Defense Ministries of Vietnam and China are jointly holding an exchange program to promote border friendship and defense cooperation.

The exchange is taking place in Vietnam’s northern coastal province of Quang Ninh and China’s Guangxi province from March 10 to 12. A series of activities will be held including a seminar on promoting border friendship, fact-finding tours of Vietnam’s Tra Co and Hoanh Mo border stations, the signing of a memoranda of understanding, and art performances.
