(VOVWORLD) - The “Vietnam cultural heritage space” exhibition is taking place in both in-person and virtual formats to mark Vietnam Cultural Heritage Day today.

The exhibition is open to public from November 22-27 at the Vietnam Exhibition Centre for Culture and Arts in Hanoi, while the online version is available from tomorrow to the end of December on the center’s websites. It introduces nearly 100 photos of Vietnamese intangible cultural heritages, including 13 UNESCO-recognized heritages. There are about 200 documents, items, traditional costumes, and musical instruments used in the heritages, including the Hue Royal Court Music, the Culture Space of Gong in Tay Nguyen, Bac Ninh love duet singing, Then singing of the Tay, Nung, and Thai people, and “Don ca tai tu” music and songs of southern Vietnam.
Particularly, the exhibition highlights the Mother Goddess worshipping ritual of Vietnamese people.
Alongside, cultural heritages in different localities, along with their typical traditional handicraft products, cuisines and specialties are also introduced. Besides indoor section, the exhibition also has outdoor areas featuring products of traditional craft villages of the country.
