(VOVworld) – An exhibition entitled “Vietnam’s Truong Sa (Spratly) and Hoang Sa (Paracel) archipelagos - historical and legal evidence” will open in Ben Tre city on Tuesday.

The week-long exhibition will feature historical maps and documents, atlases, publications, and research related to the archipelagos. Collated and published by domestic and foreign scholars and researchers, all the documents and artifacts are historical evidence showing the legal basis for asserting Vietnam’s sovereignty over the Hoang Sa (Paracel) and Truong Sa (Spratly) archipelagos. This is the 23^rd exhibition of its kind that the Ministry of Information and Communications has organized in 17 provinces and cities across Vietnam.
