On display are 200 photos and documents with English and Vietnamese footnotes reflecting Vietnam’s human rights views in the Nguyen dynasty’s wooden blocks, Vietnam’s human rights achievements since 1945, and Vietnam’s Covid-19 pandemic control and human rights promotion in provinces.

Deputy Minister of Information and Communications Pham Tam spoke at the opening ceremony on Thursday: 'This exhibition has been held for the 3 consecutive years. We have also organized similar exhibitions abroad. This is a new approach on human rights through reflecting progress and views in archives, including the Nguyen dynasty wooden blocks, the first Vietnam’s archival heritage recognized by the UNESCO in 2009.'
