Exhibition on Vietnam’s sovereignty over Hoang Sa, Truong Sa opens in Hau Giang

(VOVworld) – A display of the historical and legal evidence proving Vietnam’s sovereignty over the Hoang Sa and Truong Sa archipelagos opened in Vi Thanh City, Hau Giang province. The exhibition features a collection of historical and legal documents that confirm Vietnam’s sovereignty. On display are 4 atlases and 100 maps published by the Chinese government indicating that China had no control over the Hoang Sa and Truong Sa archipelagos. Objects featuring Vietnam’s exercise of its sovereign rights over the two archipelagos are also on display. The exhibition will run until this Saturday. The Ministry of Information and Communication has organized 36 exhibitions featuring maps and documented evidence proving Vietnam’s sovereignty over Hoang Sa and Truong Sa in 26 cities and provinces nationwide.
