Fast-response teams formed to combat nCoV

(VOVWORLD) - The Vietnamese Ministry of Health on Thursday established 45 mobile fast-response teams as part of the efforts to fight coronavirus (nCoV).

The teams are responsible for responding quickly to any outbreaks, providing professional aid for hospitals, and controlling the acute respiratory disease. Each team is equipped with an ambulance and equipment for emergency resuscitation and disinfectants.

The World Health Organization on Thursday declared the coronavirus outbreak that has killed at least 213 people in China a global emergency. A total of 129 cases have been reported in 22 other countries and regions, with no deaths outside China.
