Apart from co-operation among the two governments and localities, the relations with associations and non-governmental organisations have brought in fruitful results.”
A number of topics were discussed at the festival focusing on solidarity, health, education, teaching French, development issues, environment, Vietnam’s latest socio-economic achievements and up-coming challenges.
