(VOVworld) – The first proceeding of lawyers representing parties in the lawsuit filed by Tran To Nga, a Vietnamese Agent Orange/dioxin victim, against 26 American chemical companies will be held on March 3.

The ruling by the assize court of Evry city on the outskirts of Paris allows the lawsuit to enter a new phase after months of delay, which will clarify the responsibilities of American chemical companies in producing toxic chemicals that harmed human health and the environment in Vietnam.
