(VOVworld) – Deputy Foreign Minister Nguyen Phuong Nga visited the United Arab Emirates this week for the 1^st political consultation with deputy Foreign Minister Khalid Ghanim Al-Ghaith. The two sides briefed one another on each country’s socio-economic situation and discussed measures to boost cooperation in a number of areas including trade, investment, labor, agriculture, and tourism. They also agreed to increase mutual support at international forums. Deputy Foreign Minister Nga briefed on recent developments in the East Sea. The United Arab Emirates shared Vietnam’s stance on settling all disputes with peaceful measures based on international law.
