(VOVworld) – The Khanh Hoa provincial People’s Committee has launched a campaign to encourage local contributions to the Fund “For beloved Truong Sa (Spratly)”. The fund’s aim is to improve the lives of soldiers and civilians in Truong Sa district and living on the DK1 housing platform. Voluntary contributions will be collected and directly delivered to the beneficiaries by the Khanh Hoa Provincial Military Command.
