(VOVworld) – Vietnam always attaches great importance to developing relations with Germany including its Hessen state.

During his meeting with the State Governor Volker Bouffier in Germany, Foreign Minister Pham Binh Minh called on the state authorities to create favorable conditions for the Vietnamese community living and working there.

On the same day, Vietnam’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Germany’s State of Hessen held  the Vietnam-Germany Trade Investment Forum in Frankfurt. FM Pham Binh Minh stressed that the establishment of the Vietnam-Germany strategic partnership is creating a new impulse for the two countries’ economic cooperation. Regarding economic issues, Mr. Minh said a Vietnam – Germany strategic partnership is demonstrated by combining long-term and sustainable benefits between the two economies and their enterprises. Minh affirmed that Vietnam is an attractive destination for German investors. Hessen State Governor Bouffier pledged to encourage local businesses to invest in Vietnam. He said he hopes the Vietnamese businesses will choose Frankfurt as a destination for investment.
