(VOVworld) – Former Singaporean Prime Minister Goh Chok Tong was in Vietnam on Tuesday for a three-day visit at the invitation of Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung, following trips to Vietnam by the Singaporean President and Prime Minister in the last two years. Goh’s visit to Vietnam marks a new development in the Vietnam-Singapore strategic partnership, enhancing ASEAN internal connectivity.
