Binh added ‘In the house, we display soil samples taken from Vietnam’s northern, central, and southern regions. We’ll develop the house into a rendevous for networking people. Both Vietnamese and French people, especially those who love and want to explore Vietnam through cuisine, traditional games will find this an ideal place to promote bilateral relations and cooperation.’
Participants at the opening ceremony expressed their hope in new development of the Vietnamese house.

Nicole Trampoglieri, one of the participants, said ‘The house represents the appearance of Vietnam in Paris and is a place for us to meet and show our unity for Vietnam. We have gathered with each other since the Vietnam War to voice our support for the country’s struggle for the national independence. For a long time, the house symbolized France’s solidarity with Vietnam. We’re glad it has been upgraded but retained ancient beauties and architectural identities.’
Binh said that all the restaurant profit will be used to support poor Vietnamese students in Paris and other charitable work.
