(VOVworld)- The Department of Education and Training of Ben Tre province and the Can Tho University have jointly organized the 17^th Francophone Festival of the Mekong River Delta. The event, part of activities to celebrate the Vietnamese Year in France, is an opportunity for French speakers, especially French-speaking pupils to exchange and improve the teaching and learning of French in the region. This is the third time that Ben Tre province hosted this event. Ben Tre has the largest number of French teachers and learners in the Mekong River Delta.
