Macron will also begin discussions with Russia on strategic balance in Europe, the French presidential office said in a statement.
After visits to Russia and Ukraine, Macron will stop in Berlin to meet German Chancellor Olaf Scholz and Polish President Andrzej Duda to discuss ways to de-escalate tensions.
